Receipts & Payments
Receipt = money received from a client. Payment = money paid to a supplier. Link it to a bill to keep track of what is still outstanding.
New receipt
Tick a bill to clear it from this amount; tick the next bill to adjust what is left, in full or in part (change "Adjust now"). Anything left stays on account.
Days are counted from the due date = bill date + the payment terms on the bill (e.g. "90 Days"; C.O.D. or no terms = due on the bill date). A receipt entered "against" a bill is set off on that bill; other receipts and advances are set off on the oldest bills first. Click a name to see its bills.
Opening balance is entered on each client / supplier (Masters › Client or Supplier › Edit). A negative outstanding means an advance.
GST Register
Month by month
Click a month to see its sales bills, purchases, how the credit was set off, and the GST paid.
Sales bills give output GST and purchases give input credit — CGST + SGST when the other party is in your state, IGST when outside. Set-off follows the GST order: IGST credit is used first for IGST, then for CGST and SGST; CGST credit for CGST then IGST; SGST credit for SGST then IGST. CGST and SGST credit are never used against each other. This is a guide from the entries in this app (no reverse charge, credit reversal, interest or late fee) — not a substitute for GSTR-3B.
Stock Register
Closing stock is valued at weighted average cost: (opening value + purchases) ÷ (opening qty + purchase qty) up to the "as on" date. Sales value is shown at selling price for reference. Click an item to see its day-by-day ledger.

Suppliers
Suppliers typed in a purchase entry are saved here automatically. Pick them again in Purchases and their GSTIN, state and address fill in.
Clients
Brokers
The default brokerage fills in when you choose the broker on a bill or purchase; you can change it on each bill.
Brokerage Register
Payable to brokers
Sales & purchases through brokers
Payments to brokers
Brokerage is worked on the amount before GST and without services (freight, labour…). Cancelled bills are left out.
Items & HSN
New item
Type is your own grouping (e.g. Chocolate, Raw material, Packing, Diamond) — type a new one or pick from the list. Parts: the item is sold per piece with its parts (gold, stones, labour…) listed on the bill. Service: labour, making charges, transport… — not counted in stock. Typing an HSN fills the GST % from the HSN list below. "Box label" is what appears in the Item / Quantity / Rate / Total box when it fills automatically. "Note" prints above the Rate column.
HSN codes & GST rates
One GST rate per HSN. A shorter code covers longer ones (7113 covers 71131910), and an exact code wins. The starter rates are as notified from 22 Sep 2025 (diamonds from 18 Jul 2022) — a guide only: check with your CA and change any rate here. New HSN codes typed on items are added automatically.
Dashboard
Credit & Debit Notes
Credit note — sales return, discount or rate difference given to a client: reduces what the client owes and your output GST; returned goods come back into stock. Debit note — goods returned to a supplier, or a discount / rate difference from them: reduces what you owe and your input GST.

Our details (printed on the bill)
Company logo
Shows in the app's header and on the sign-in page. PNG or JPG; a square or wide logo works best.
On bills the logo prints in the seller box (Tally-style), or left of the firm name (Classic, Simple). It is left out on letterhead PDFs — your letterhead already has it.
App colour
The colour of buttons, headings and highlights in the app, and the background of the page and entry fields (not on printed bills). Saved for this company.
Banks (payment instruction)
Add every account you take payment in. The default bank is pre-selected on new bills; you can change it on each bill. Short name is what you type in the command, e.g. ; b=HDFC. Type the 11-character IFS code and the bank name, branch and short name fill in by themselves (branch needs internet). Each bank is saved as soon as its short name, bank name and account number are filled.

Bill numbering
If you already made bills in another program this year, set the number the next bill in this app should get.

Terms & Conditions and Declarations
Invoice formats
Choose how bills look. The default format is used for new bills; you can pick another on each bill. Ready-made formats work at once. You can also use your own design: upload an Excel invoice with tags, or a PDF / image of your blank invoice and place the fields on it.
Letterhead
Upload your letterhead as an image (JPG/PNG) or PDF, full A4 page. It is used only on PDFs you share; printing in the office stays plain for your pre-printed paper.
Use this if your letterhead header is taller than the space at the top of the bill.
Stamp & signature
Upload a clear photo or scan of your rubber stamp and of your signature, each on plain white paper. The paper is removed automatically, so only the ink shows. They can be added to PDFs shared on letterhead by ticking "Add stamp & sign" when sharing. Office printing never shows them.
Upload your letterhead first — stamp & sign are only used on letterhead PDFs.
Companies
Each company has its own bills and numbering, clients, suppliers, stock, banks, letterhead and settings. Switch companies from the top of the screen.
These print on every invoice, PDF and report of this company. Banks, letterhead, terms and invoice format are set in Settings after opening the company.
Use Edit to change a company's name, GSTIN or address. Add its bank accounts in Settings after opening it.
Users
Only the admin can add users, reset passwords or disable an account. Everyone sees the same bills, clients and stock.
Backup
Download a backup regularly and keep it with your files. Restoring a backup replaces all data.

WhatsApp payment reminders
Reminders are sent from Reports › Outstanding — Receivable (or the Ageing tab) › WhatsApp. Put the client's number in Masters › Client › WhatsApp no. On a PC the message opens in WhatsApp and the bill PDFs are saved in a folder to drag into the chat.
Tally Prime ledger names
Type them once, exactly as in your Tally company (leave empty to use the grey name). Clients and suppliers use their names in this app.
Cheque Register link
For the licensed Cheque Manager (cheque.couplediamond.com) nothing needs uploading. For your own Cheque Register, first upload billing_link.php next to its api.php. Choose which Cheque Register user's cheque books billing uses; its password is used once to make a link key and is not saved. Then Reports › Outstanding — Payable has Issue cheque for each supplier, and Outstanding — Receivable has Cheque received.
